Many of our customers originally contacted Tomorrows Office because they had PC, Network or Software problems. By solving those problems we were able to demonstrate our skills and develop those new customer relationships into long-term partnerships.

PC’s      
  • Slow to boot and run. Data corrupt or lost. User permission issues. Can’t Print or Scan. Connectivity problems.
Networks
  • Cabling & Switch issues. Slow connection speed. VLAN problems, IP conflicts, Wifi drop-outs. Integrated telephony failure.
Servers
  • Updates & patches incorrectly installed. User lock-out. Remote access issues. No free space. Lack of file security.
Email  
  • No mail in or out. Mailbox corrupt. Spam. Black-listed. Can’t open attachments. Microsoft Exchange problems.
Internet
  • Slow or no internet connection. DNS issues. VPN connection failure. Incompatible browsers. No firewall security. 
Backup / Restore
  • Deleted files & folders. Backup device failure. SQL or Exchange will not back up. Data not accessible on faulty hard drive.
Virus
  • Virus, spyware or malware infection. Data corruption following infection. Inadequate anti-virus protection
Sage50         
  • Data errors. Program running slowly. Users can’t log on. Archiving and clear-down problems. Ecommerce link not active.
Software
  • SQL database compatibility issues. Insufficient user rights to access data. Installation problems. Obsolete, unsupported programs.
